Glencore has agreed to sell its Philippine copper refinery, Pasar, to the family of the country’s richest man, amid record-low smelting fees, according to Bloomberg.

Pasar has been a key trading hub for Glencore, processing copper from Australia, Indonesia, and South America en route to China.
