Instead of going to a CEX or something like Tornadocash, these wallets have very consistently used ChangeNOW as their 'offramp' of choice. They could be bulk swapping that ETH into almost any asset of choice (though probably BTC or stables on another chain) and it's almost untraceable.

You get nailed with fees and relatively poor exchange rates, but at the benefit of avoiding CEXs/KYC and chain stalkers.
