They're asking to justify the reasons for buying high quantity... In this specific case, the user bought smaller denominations, so the number of transactions was high, but the amount was not that high. It was all personal and genuine. Not sure how exactly they want this user to prove it was personal use. He'll be sharing the invoices of the end-product purchase as well. Be careful with your cards guys, you don't want to lose the highest reward cards, Do not abuse it if you're doing it now.
