NEWS: Neoen is proposing to build the largest battery energy storage facility in the world, a MASSIVE 3.2GWh  battery facility next to a XXX gigawatt wind farm in Australia with XXX wind turbines.

@Tesla is a strong contender to win this battery contract as Neoen has used the company's Megapacks in many of their previous battery energy storage facilities.

Neoen plans to submit an environmental impact statement in 2026, and hopes to begin construction in 2028 or 2029.
