MemeCore Announces Acquisition of KOSDAQ-Listed Company to Enter South Korean Market

@MemeCore_ORG , the world’s first Layer X blockchain purpose-built for the Meme XXX movement, has announced that it has initiated the process to acquire a KOSDAQ-listed company, formally entering the South Korean market. Through this acquisition, MemeCore aims to accelerate obtaining ISMS certification and Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration in Korea, while fostering the development of a local dApp ecosystem built on its mainnet. The acquired company will pivot to focus on Web3 and digital asset businesses. Previously, MemeCore drew widespread attention by becoming the second-largest holder of $TRUMP and being invited to a private dinner hosted by Donald Trump. 

Following the acquisition, MemeCore plans to roll out MRC-20 token services and launch dApps tailored to the Korean community in phases.
