I'm a bit surprised $STRD's ATM program is not $21B like $STRK's ATM.

I would think $STRD would be THE preferred method (no pun intended) for the ATM, all else being equal (which it never will be).

It makes sense to me that $STRF's ATM program would be much smaller than $STRK's (being the crown jewel).

Perhaps there is a regulatory/issuance limitation on how much overall preferred stock a company can have available.

Still, it's XXXX times the amount of $STRK issued to date.

It's great to see @Strategy was able to get it approved so quickly.
