Tech: New features rolling out all summer (most of them this month):
→ QR code payments, exchange payments, and card support
→ Free trials & discount codes
→ Crypto-native pricing (e.g. X SOL/month not just USD)
→ Exportable data for tax reporting
→ One-click migration from other platforms
→ Shareable subscription paylinks (perfect for group bios like Whop)
→ TON wallet integration for Telegram

BizDev: We’re scaling outreach hard
→ These new features are unlocking deals with groups we’ve been talking to for weeks
→ Thanks to @InboxApp_, we’re scraping X accounts to find high-value Telegram & Discord communities
→ Goal: daily cold outreach to close group owners

Content: Max attention mode
→ Boosting SEO in English + targeting Asia & LatAm
→ X post/day minimum about Suby
→ Prepping a new podcast-style format on @gaspardlezin account
→ Expanding to Reddit

What’s next
We're already building the next phase of Suby set to launch in Q4. A lot of silent work. Big vision.
