And this is why the MPT argument about their rents is pure nonsense and a masterclass in gaslighting. 

Yes, it is a fixed cost after MPT strikes it! But how can hospitals running at a X% pre-rent, pre-CAPX margin afford ~5-6% rent as a % of revenues? That later escalates?

It's doomed to fail, and they know it. Yet they do it anyway, and then later lie about the impact. $MPW
