There will never be a X% capital gains tax just for crypto, in the US just nonesense talk from the trumps again for a start 

Cutting crypto taxes entirely would mean the government misses out on a ton of cash.

Stocks and bonds are still taxed, so giving crypto special treatment could stir up political drama.

Too complicated: Trying to only tax non-U.S. crypto would be a nightmare to track and enforce.

Think this one is a non runner personally
