WOAH 🚨 What amazing ‘coincidences’

- The Kerrville City Council just approved a $XXX million dollar power plant project RIGHT WHERE THE FLOODING IS HAPPENING in Texas
-  Texas Cloud Seeding Weather Modification Programs ARE IN THE SAME AREA
- The flooding was so bad, The Guadalupe River that flooded during the storm “rose XX feet in just 1-3 hours, unimaginable water flow,” this is very indicative of cloud seeing disasters

“Wouldn't it be crazy if the map of rain enhancement projects in Texas seems pretty heavy loaded on the area which had flooding?” …. It was and he provides the maps to prove it
