Many people think running a neocloud is simply about reselling GPUs in the most energy-efficient way possible.

But that perspective misses a crucial part of the story.

The real differentiation, from the end-user’s perspective, comes from what happens above the hardware layer: building the cloud software stack, orchestration systems, developer experience, and the reliability guarantees that enterprise AI workloads demand.
