BofA Downgrades $STLA to Neutral from Buy, Lowers PT to €10 from €16

Analyst comments: "Stellantis’ share price has fallen by approximately XX% year-to-date and approximately XX% since the CMD in summer 2024, but we think it is too early for 'bottom-fishing'. We think the US will return to strength driven by some important model launches, but we have some concerns over Europe, where we consider the company is badly positioned on BEVs against rising competition. Furthermore, we are missing a catalyst and fear weak H1 and H2 results. We downgrade from Buy to Neutral, driven by significantly lower estimates. We still value the stock based on a sum-of-the-parts valuation, which we roll from FY25/27 to FY27 and update peer multiples. Our price objective falls from €16 to €10 (ADR from US$16.5 to US$11.75)."
