@DIVIDENDS_R_US $VICI and $TXRH are also good. I'm pleased with $HP and $ET. With MLPs, like $ET, the extra stuff is necessary if you believe in it. I love $ET's position as a preeminent midstream provider in the Oil/Gas Energy value-chain.
