Your last paragraph hits the nail on the head. TrenchBuddy's algos operate on this principle — we track wallets that tend to be early on coins that do numbers and stay up, rather than track their specific P/Ls. 

Shockingly, almost none of the famous “whale wallets” fall into this category.
