Did MPT disclose that it was continuously funding SHCS' 2022  cashshortfalls via MPT term loan draws, when no other capital provider was willing to step in? 

Did MPT disclose that "Tranche 5" et al were really just "papering over" continuous round-tripping with an "alter ego" insolvent tenant? Aka, a "control investment?"

Did MPT disclose the "MPT advances?"

Did MPT disclose that the IC of the MPT BoD directly aided and abetted a fraudulent hidden loan at the end of Sep. 2022 to keep SHCS out of default on its prior ABL? While Hamner was telling investors SHCS "strongly cash flow positive" and Aldag saying "all the bad with SHCS in the past?" Both sit on the IC. Investment later sold for well-below fraudulent "self-mark." 

All round-tripped "rent" recorded to MPT "earnings." SHCS may not have generated ANY cash flow for MPT over 2022-2023. Why was SHCS not consolidated @PwC ?
