Brain on. 7:30 > Mental audit • Pick X key tasks for the week 9:00 > Clear space, clear head • Clean desk, clean room = less chaos, better mind 12:00 > Meal prep = peace of mind. X hours → X days without the “what to eat” panic. • Containers stacked, I’m free from delivery dependency. 15:00 > Brain clean • XX pages of a book, not Instagram or TikTok 18:00 > Tiny motivation hit • XX mins of something real on YouTube 21:30 > Bed with no circus No doomscroll, no other people’s stories. Clothes ready, plan ready, mind calm. Result? Monday doesn’t eat me alive. I’m sharp while others are still smacking themselves with their own flip-flops. Try it. Simple. Works.
