LONDON: Cancer doctor, Paul Sturch, 41, caught downloading 100s of CSA images of girls as young as 4YO & chatted online about his vile interest in 4YO girls, has walked free.

Defence said Sturch's "exhausting" work during Covid "led to his offending".
