The attacks on Trump are BS:

- San Angelo NWS predicted possible flooding a FULL DAY in advance 

- Austin/San Antonio & San Angelo NWS offices issued a Flood Watch roughly TWELVE hours before any flooding

- NWS then issued a flood warning about THREE hours before catastrophic flooding occurred

- NWS also issued a Flash Flood Emergency at 4:30 am while their was still time to get to higher ground in most areas

- The union says both offices in both San Antonio and San Angelo were adequately staffed and resourced
