BTC denominated converts have a lot of potential. 

They worked wonders for $ALTBG. 

I would love to see @asjwebley and @Croesus_BTC (and other treasuries) to explore them. 

If done at a 30-40% premium to the current market price, those would be highly accretive. 

They would also open up new pools of capital, at zero credit risk for the company. 

OG Bitcoiners could deposit BTC and thus turn some of their stack into $SWC shares over time, which could have tax benefits, or get their BTC back if the conversion trigger isn‘t met. 

A beautiful instrument pioneered by @AlexandreLaizet and his team ⚡️
