🇪🇺 EU CEOS TO BRUSSELS: HIT PAUSE ON THE AI RULES

Airbus, BNP Paribas, Carrefour, Philips and 40+ other big bosses want the EU to delay its AI Act by two years.

They say the rules are so vague and messy, they’ll crush innovation and help Big Tech win.

Startups are panicking too, warning the law is a “rushed ticking time bomb” that could scare off investors.

One big worry? Companies using AI could face the same rules as the tech giants who built it.

Brussels is now scrambling to finish a “code of practice” to guide companies before the law kicks in this August.

Officials say simplification is coming - but for now, everything’s still on the table.
