In the coming months I will announce a large infrastructure project here in Romania that will benefit the country.

I am awaiting assurances that I will not be looted and robbed once again with my generous investment being labeled unjustly a “proceed of crime”. 

Then I will commit.

To date I have earned precisely X dollars from crime so I would really appreciate not being robbed again.

Many people are advising me against this, but I’ll give Romania a shot.
