The Ramayana movie trailer incorrectly claims that the trinity of Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh have ruled the Indian mythosphere "since the existence of time". These are Puranic deities that gained popularity from 2nd c BCE onwards. 

It was the Vedic trinity of Agni, Indra, Som that ruled the Indian mythosphere before that, this trinity plays the major role in the Vedic sacrifice mentioned in the Rig Veda composed around 1500 BCE.

Just thought I'd fact check this as per history of Vedic-Puranic religions
