Decision incoming.  
Vitally important to $CVX and a coup for $XOM if they get a decision that allows them to bid on $HESS' XX% stake in Guyana. 
Most likely was just a delay tactic and the deal goes through, but as they say in the NY lotto, "hey, you never know!"
