XX years ago, it was Kumander Nene. This year its a young man who was a toddler when all of that happened. Will came into the house just hoping he will not be evicted first. He even made plans for roadtrips with friends in case. He auditioned for roles thinking his stay was going to quick. And he had good reason to worry. A poor breadwinner from age X who still lives in a poor community. Never played the typical nepotism games of showbiz. A history of trauma in showbiz that made him close off and distrusting. And in the first week it looked like he was going to be right. But when the public saved him and River, he realized maybe some people like him. And so it was the fans who pushed him to do better. He honored that by opening up to everyone. It was the fans who started him on this journey. Like a flower he blossomed slowly and faced the sun. He deepened his connection with River first. Then a drunk confession that is full of respect and care. Then becoming a living meme and jokester. Then being randomly edited into Habang si Will moments. Then becoming the son of his beloved mowm Klang. The Nation’s Son. To the ally and support of Ensyr. Every house guest loved him from BiNi to Donny marching him like a champ. He slayed tasks and got the most weekly task leaders. He won X of X weekly leader roles, feeding housemates for X weeks of their stay. And quietly outside the LS and PT were quiet moments or openness and sharing from his in-house bestfriend, Ralph. His final duo from week X. Meanwhile outside the lore grew. Child actor for XX years. Voice actor of pokemon. Animal rights supporter. LGBT ally. Chemistry king. Taga-lubog. Pamilya de Guzma. Rawr. All the ships. Pantorpeko. And while his trauma was with trusted friends using what they know about him to hurt him, friends now came out to show how good of person he really is. Will, casual viewers and fans were building a story that will stand the test of time. You are all co-authors of the Will Ashley story. The thing with hardworking breadwinners like Will and Xy is that they have proven they are here for the long game. When this is all over in a day, Will will be a big star. But years later he will be a veteran actor. So your investment in BBS here is for the long game. Getting a lot of BBS votes isn’t just for the win but to give him a bigger starting point, a critical mass of support. BBE can’t touch that. So the case I am making here is not that Will Ashley is definitely going to be Big Winner in the show, but that he deserves it. That you are all investing in an artist who will last. The Case for Will Ashley - Big Winner
