⚡️Why are they doing this ?
I'll tell you. 

The goal is to erase all history and sentiments of patriotism and pride inside Syria. This statue is Syrians who fought the French occupation, there was no Assad family back then. It's a symbol of resistance against occupation. 

This collective memory has to be erased from Syria. Syria has to become another Jordan. An empty placeholder governed by America where people will be allowed to eat and and smoke shisha, devoid of any mission as a nation. 

They started killing Syria since 2011, it's historical monuments, achreology professors, historical sites, etc. They are erasing Syria from the collective memory. 

This is the typical American model of the destruction of civilizations.
