🚨 Important Community Update

PSTAKE is deprecating its Bitcoin Staking product suite as part of a larger strategic change.

Here's everything you need to know 👇

As one of the earliest proponents of Proof-of-Stake, PSTAKE has been at the forefront of liquid staking since its early days. With Bitcoin Staking, there seemed to be a new paradigm and opportunity rising to replicate Staking for the largest crypto asset. 

However, with limited retail interest, tech developments on Bitcoin chains, and minimal progress on BTCFi adoption over the last few months, it was imperative to look at other meaningful alternatives to grow PSTAKE along with its community. 

1) What’s next?

With the addition of several new contributors to the project recently, the larger, exciting vision will be shared in a Community AMA on X July 2025 at X PM UTC.

2) What happens to BTC currently staked?

User deposited BTC is currently being unstaked and will be refunded back in X weeks. If you have staked BTC with PSTAKE in the past, please make sure to link your Bitcoin and Babylon addresses to receive any pending staking or $BABY airdrop rewards.

3) What about other liquid staking solutions?

PSTAKE had initiated the secure discontinuation of Cosmos and BNB Liquid Staking over the past year. Users are once again reminded that XX September 2025 is the last support date for the deprecation and for users to claim their funds back through the PSTAKE app.
