When we're evaluating subnets at @DSVfund we're looking for a big vision, a team capable of executing it and an understanding of the importance of revenue. We don’t expect revenue tomorrow. We expect teams to build something that earns it eventually - and to stay alive long enough to get there. Plenty of subnets could be moving faster right now if they weren’t worried about burning runway. The irony is, the ones prioritising real development over hype are often the ones whose alpha value suffers. Not everyone likes our OTC investments. Some think we should just suck up some slippage. But OTC cash is vital to some subnets; it means they have cash now, when they need it. When we're evaluating subnets at @DSVfund we're looking for a big vision, a team capable of executing it and an understanding of the importance of revenue.
We don’t expect revenue tomorrow. We expect teams to build something that earns it eventually - and to stay alive long enough to get there.
