I agree with this for the most part with a few caveats. 

$CINGF needs to pick up the pace and work to create a stronger narrative/marketing. @asjwebley is just crushing it on the marketing and messaging side of the fence.

That said, @CoinsiliumGroup is 1/11th the Market Cap of $SWC right now. So, it could outperform in the future if they can increase their pace of #Bitcoin buys. Maybe with a lag, but with increased upside, if they do perform, because of their current size.. Time will tell.
