Today, in Nyanza District, the Minister of Local Government, Dr. Patrice Mugenzi, officially closed the 5th EAC Armed Forces Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) Week and Defence and Security Citizen Outreach Programme 2025, which was conducted across the country over the past three months. Through this initiative, XX houses were built and handed over to selected vulnerable families in Muyira Sector, Nyanza District. 

During the EAC CIMIC Week, a total of XXXXX patients received medical treatment from EAC military medical personnel at Nyanza District Hospital.
