NextEra Energy filed request in Jan. with NRC to potentially restore its operating license, a first step in bringing its 622-megawatt unit at Duane Arnold back online. CEO John Ketchum said recommissioning the plant could be achieved by late 2028, if $NEE decides to move forward.
