With @TheKEReport, $HSTR's Charles Funk detailed the Truckshop stockpile results from the operating La Colorada mine + how these low-capex sources of #gold could fund the next stage of development:

⭐️La Colorada Project & Stockpile Strategy⭐️
✅Stockpile History & Opportunity: 
La Colorada resumed production in early 2025,      initially mining the “Junkyard” stockpile—material once considered waste when gold was below $250/oz in the 1990s. 

That material is now generating significant cash flow.

✅Three-Phase Strategy: The company views La Colorada development in three phases:
1⃣Low-capex stockpile mining
2⃣Pit expansion (Veta Madre and Creston)
3⃣Underground/resource growth exploration

✅Stockpiles = Cash Flow Engine: 
HSTR paid nothing for the stockpiles and has already generated more cash than the acquisition cost of the mine.

⭐️Truckshop Stockpile – June 2025 Drill Results⭐️
➡️Grade & Economics: 
Drilling returned ~0.3–0.4 g/t gold; better grades and proximity to the crusher make it more attractive than Junkyard stockpile (~0.2 g/t).

➡️Scale & Plan: 
~1.5 million tonnes; Zone A is higher priority and will likely be mined in late 2025. 

Internal metallurgy and resource modeling underway.

➡️Cash Flow Focus: 
Fleet will shift to Truckshop once confidence is confirmed, prioritizing short-term returns. 

No major news flow expected until it’s on the balance sheet.

⭐️El Dorado Stockpile – Next in Line⭐️
✅Larger Opportunity: 
Bigger than both Junkyard and Truckshop; could represent ~12 months of mining.

✅Drilling Timeline: 
Now underway with assays expected late July to early August.

✅Key News Catalyst: 
More significant updates expected from El Dorado given its scale and potential to drive 2026 production.

⭐️Pit Expansion & Technical Reports⭐️
➡️Imminent Technical Report: 
Upcoming study will include pit expansion plans and capital requirements.

➡️Stockpile Cash = Pit Funding: 
Management sees current and upcoming stockpile cash flow as sufficient to fund or significantly offset future capex for the open pits.

✅Post-Stockpile Focus: 
Broader exploration program at La Colorada will begin in Q3.

✅Untested Targets: 
Multiple soil and color anomalies remain undrilled, highlighting untapped upside in a historically productive district.

Ended Q1 2025 with C$27M in cash and no debt.

High margins at current gold prices allow ongoing drilling and development without financing delays.
