The invasion, he says, must be allowed to resume. It turns out that even if America is being flooded with hundreds of thousands of military-age males, a federal judge has the power to declare it illegal to stop. There are a lot of conservatives who recklessly call for judicial rulings they don't like to be ignored. I have fought against that; it would be hugely destructive to throw out our constitutional balance of powers for the sake of a temper tantrum. But it is XXX% not acceptable for a traitor on the federal bench to side with invaders in abolishing America. Period. I have confidence that the Supreme Court will reject this insane ruling. We should act as quickly as possible to make sure they do.
