The original hope was that Darby Allin could have returned to AEW by the Owen Hart tournament, but that proved to be unrealistic pretty early. 

Sources spoken to believed that Darby would be returning to the company "imminently," and said that they would be shocked if he is not involved in AEW All In: Texas in some capacity. 

Word within the company was that Allin emerged from Everest relatively unscathed and is in shape to compete if needed.
