Arman Tsarukyan favors Islam Makhachev to win against Ilia Topuria and Jack Della Maddalena.

"Islam would have TKO’d Topuria. That's a different level of fighter," Arman said talking to @arielhelwani. 

"He's not the pound-for-pound number X because he's not a champion anymore. He will beat Jack and become P4P #1 again. I'll be lightweight champ and P4P #2," he added.
