Wefunder would allow us to open a portion of our round to non-accredited investors, including community members, users, and early believers — not just VCs or institutions. This aligns with our mission to build in the open and let our broader ecosystem share in the upside. With Reg CF, anyone in the U.S. can invest with as little as $XXX. Aside from expanding access, Wefunder handles all the compliance, investor onboarding, and payment logistics — and pools investors into a single SPV so our cap table stays clean.
