Bloomberg: Frontier markets just posted their best H1 since 2007 — MSCI +17%, boosted by a weak USD, lower oil, and tariff resistance. 

Total return +20.3% YTD, nearly 4x $SPX, with valuations still cheap at 9.8x fwd earnings.
