$CNC WITHDRAWS 2025 GUIDANCE AFTER MARKETPLACE SHOCK

Centene just pulled its 2025 earnings guidance after new data showed much higher morbidity and lower growth in its Marketplace business than expected, slashing net risk adjustment revenue by ~$1.8B, with a ~$2.75 EPS hit. Medicaid costs are also rising, especially in behavioral health, home health, and high-cost drugs in states like NY and FL. CNC plans corrective pricing for 2026 and will share more in its Q2 results on July XX. 

Oscar Health $OSCR is sliding too, given its high ACA exchange exposure, along with other Insurance stocks like $HUM, $CI, $UNH. CNC will share more details with Q2 earnings on July XX
