$UBS HIRES NEW AMERICAS M&A HEAD

UBS has tapped Taylor Henricks from Morgan Stanley as its new Head of M&A for the Americas. Henricks, who led tech M&A at Morgan Stanley, will also head tech M&A at UBS. He starts in October, based in Menlo Park.
