Attorney General of Louisiana @AGLizMurrill lays out for @MattGaetz the three lawsuits the state of Louisiana has against CVS Caremark: “The antitrust lawsuit over their vertical integration model of doing business, which we think manipulates the market and drives up drug prices. There are two others, one is related to some text messages…where they were threatening seniors, veterans, and people with serious health conditions…and trying to enlist them into an army of people who go lobby for CVS at the legislature. And the third one is related to them driving a bunch of independent pharmacists in our state out of business through some of their deceptive and unfair trade practices as they relate to pricing with independent pharmacies.”
