Workers employed by Gazprom's contractor, Zapsibgazprom-Gazifikatsiya, went on strike in Russian Vilyuchinsk, complaining that they have not been paid since March. They suspended the work, but now are being told that the forced suspension "will not go unpunished."

Now, construction of the regasification terminal, worth XXXX billion rubles ($39,6 million), has been completely halted.

These people just don't know that everything is OK - Putin has given orders for a recession not to happen in Russia.
