$APP $HOOD $ARCC $SPX   APP  HOOD  ARCC   among top S&P XXX candidates  The latest S&P XXX rebalance didn’t add new stocks, prompting speculation on future additions. Top candidates by market cap include APP, HOOD, Carvana, ARCC, and Cheniere Energy — all eligible but not yet included.  APP may benefit from tech being underweighted in the index. Similarly, HOOD and ARCC could be favored as financials are also underrepresented, per KBW. IBKR, the largest name in the MID index, is another contender. Inclusion isn’t guaranteed, but these names are closely watched.
