I feel underexposed to bitcoin but I have rules in place:
 
X. Never touch cold storage - XX% 
X. Never sell real estate - XX% 
X. Never put more than XX% of your net worth (liquid) in perps ~ $XXXXXXXXXXX
X. Never have more than XX% of your net worth in altcoins
X. Always have XX% in stables/fiat for security / black swan events 
 
Considering adjusting the XX% in fiat to 25%. A lot has changed in the last X years and USD is devaluing at record rates.
