$PWDY has slowly, quietly but also steadily just inched itself in the right direction - both the chart and the company's actions. Look at what the company has done since getting relisted in 2023 and how they've done it. No debt, smart acquisitions, large insider ownership.. now the price action is finally making some noise again and testing levels not tested since last summer. The summer 2024 move was just the warmup, the show doesn't even begin until we're above last summer's ceiling (.0055). The last XX or so months of sub .002s only happened because the OTC has been broken, but that can only last so long and things will rebalance soon enough.
