Home Depot $HD makes a major pro contractor play by acquiring GMS $GMS for $5.5B, meaning $QXO is out.

Parker Hannifin $PH to acquire Curtis Instruments for ~$1B, which makes EV components. 

TransDigm $TDG to buy Simmonds Precision Products from $RTX in $765M deal.

Hyatt Hotels $H to sell Playa’s real estate portfolio for $2B, who they recently bought. In other words it's sell real estate, but manage/franchise the hotels and resorts.

I own every stock listed except GMS.
