Brightstar (ASX: BTR) and Aurumin (ASX: AUN) are progressing merger discussions to consolidate their Sandstone gold assets into a single, large-scale WA gold project.
The proposed all-scrip deal (1 BTR for XXX AUN) implies a XX% premium to AUN's 20-day VWAP.
The combined Sandstone Gold Project would host a pro forma Mineral Resource of ~2.4Moz @ 1.5g/t Au on granted mining leases:
· Brightstar: 1.55Moz
· Aurumin: 0.89Moz
A transformative step toward creating a major near-term gold development hub in WA’s Goldfields.
