Partnership Signals → Highlight partnerships beyond crypto (universities, archives, governments). These real-world integrations validate long-term value. X. Scalability Proofs → Investors will always want evidence that AO or Arweave can scale under real pressure. Stress tests, case studies, and benchmarks help. While for me as a user... From a User/Builder Perspective: X. Frictionless Onboarding → It's still too hard for newcomers to use Arweave. A simple “Arweave in XX Seconds” interface would work wonders. X. Showcasing Live Projects → A curated portal showing active, real-world apps (like what Farcaster does for its ecosystem) builds confidence. X. Incentives for Builders → Beyond grants, what else and how can builders be encouraged and supported. Are their fundings available for projects to scale up and are they effective (Take Solana as an example) X. Improved Developer Docs → AO dev tools and Arweave JS libraries should be as easy to use as Vercel or Firebase. Tutorials need modernization. X. Stronger Narrative for Permaweb → The concept is powerful but needs more storytelling. Explain it in emotional, relatable ways to get users excited. In summary, all I know most of these things mentioned here are already in progress but it all boils down to the way it is being communicated. Dev will always speak in the Dev language. But the marketers, the community builders, the content creators, the technical writers, the influencers and lot more... If they can understand what we are building, they're in better position to educate users and on-board more. They'll speak their the language we all understand. → An Investor will always prioritize transparency. A public, trackable roadmap (updated quarterly) boosts trust.
