Seizures can be scary to witness if you have never seen one in person before. 

This woman films her own seizure. Her mom is very calm as I’m sure she has experienced this many times before with her daughter. 

God bless that beautiful, brave, young woman.❤️

If you are with someone who experiences a seizure, stay calm & move any objects that could cause injury. Try to get them on their side so they can breathe, time the seizure, & call XXX if it lasts more than X minutes or if they can’t breathe normally afterwards.
