8/x Post 'uncull' the value of the $cDAI might rise to ~0.00000144 (assuming exchange rate of 50:1). Market cap is ~$170m. If the pioneers use this $cDAI as collateral in $pCOMP, the can immediately borrow on it (lending up to ~75% of this collateral = $130m of buying power).
