Speaking of which, SMID Biotech launches in coming years:  

A few such as $ITCI $RXDX $BPMC $MRTX already been acquired, $IMGN was quite good to us as well  

"Strategic value to acquirer" is a key element of selection criteria (just icing on the cake, never central to thesis)
