TORNADO THREAT INCREASING AGAIN TODAY from far eastern Dakotas into central Minnesota!

Today is a classic #tornado setup for the Upper Midwest, with an unstable outflow boundary zone developing by late afternoon.

Supercells could erupt by X pm near or just southeast of Fargo and move southeast through the shear/instability corridor.  Numerous tornadoes could be possible this afternoon and evening especially in central Minnesota.
